I offer one-to-one Holistic Yoga Therapy sessions, in my own space in Ariany village.
Each session is adapted to your own needs, whatever it's on the physical or emotional level. 
A private therapeutic session gives you the opportunity to experience a class designed to your body's needs, your abilities, your pace, your goals, and your physical and emotional needs.
Yoga therapy is a type of therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, guided meditation, chakra healing, mindfullness, but also nutrition and wellbeing assessments, to improve mental/emotional and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Modern yoga therapy covers a broad range of therapeutic modalities, incorporating elements from both physical therapy and psychotherapy.

- Basic Thai massage
