One-to-one Holistic Yoga Therapy sessions / Consultations, tailored, and customized to your own needs, online or in-person if you live in Mallorca.
Each session is adapted to your own needs, whatever it's on the physical or emotional level. 
A private therapeutic session is designed to your body's needs, your abilities, your pace, your goals, and your physical and emotional needs.


Yoga therapy is a type of therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, guided meditation, chakra healing, mindfulness, but also nutrition and wellbeing assessments, to improve mental/emotional and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and nutrition. Modern yoga therapy covers a broad range of therapeutic modalities, incorporating elements from both physical therapy and psychotherapy.

With therapy, the patient learns new ways of thinking and dealing with everyday situations and what causes discomfort. It is a treatment used to solve different problems in people's lives. We focus on the present to solve unpleasant, difficult, and complicated situations, using relaxation and breathing techniques, guided meditation, mindfulness, tips to improve the mental, emotional, physical and nutritional state.

I am Sandrine and I have been passionate about my job as a Yoga Teacher, Therapist, Trainer, Coach, and Mentor since I started my journey with Yoga over 13 years ago now!!!

My mission is to help, empower, guide, motivate, inspire people to get healthy, to connect with their authentic self, and to live their life with purpose and meaning in a joyful and blissful way!

SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can book a single 1:1 session or a month package, that you can repeat as many times as you need.

A 1:1 HOLISTIC YOGA THERAPY SESSION

If it is our first meeting we will start with a free 20-minute online consultation - through a phone call or video call - to see how I can help you and what your intentions are, then if you want to work with me we will schedule our first consultation via Zoom or google Meet. 

Before our session, I will send you a questionnaire that you should complete and return to me. This will help me to know you better and will allow me to prepare for our first session together.

 

*What you get:

  • one-to-one 90 min online or in-person Holistic Yoga Therapy Consultation

  • A 20 min Follow-up Consultation to be taken within 2 weeks after the consultation

  • Email support for a week

  • Assessment, tips, resources

  • Notes of the session with the tools and techniques used to work on your issue

  • Confidentiality

You can book this 1:1 session as many times as you need to and at anytime.

ONE MONTH 1:1 HOLISTIC YOGA THERAPY

We will meet twice a month to work on a specific goal that needs more time to be achieved in a short-term, with more support and orientation than just one session.

if we meet for the first time we will start with a free 20-minute online consultation through a phone call or video call - to see how I can help you and what your intentions are, then if you want to work with me we will schedule our first consultation via Zoom or Google Meet. Before our meeting, I will send you a questionnaire that you should complete and return to me. This will help me to know you better and will allow me to prepare our first session together.

 

*What you get:

  • 2 x one-to-one 90 min (bi-weekly) online or in-person holistic yoga therapy consultation

  • A 20 min follow up consultation to be taken within a month

  • Email support for 4 weeks

  • Notes of the session with the tools and techniques used to work on your issue

  • Assessment, resources, and guidance for a month

  • Confidentiality
