This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their practice, teaching skills, and knowledge, find their purpose and Why Power, and teach with the heart in a safe, confident, creative, graceful, and inspiring way!
Main contents of the training:
*The Art of Teaching, Guiding & Sequencing
*Anatomy for Yoga & Postural Alignment
*Asana modifications and use of props for therapeutic yoga sessions
(props: yoga wheel, blocks, swiss ball, wall, bolster)
*Compression & Tension Concept - Your Body, Your Yoga
*The Art of Assisting & Adjusting Asanas
*Thai Massage applied
In this course, I bring all my experience and expertise as a yoga teacher for the past 15 years of practice,
teaching, guiding, and mentoring.

Additional information:

Each day there will be a 90-minute morning flow practice and a soft flow end-of-day practice.

The handbook will be sent to you as a beautiful PDF with worksheets, class planning, a daily planner, a gratitude journal, positive affirmation, and class sequences. You can print the PDF handbook, or read it through your laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

There will be a practical exam on the last days of this training.
I am offering this training on request and also on specific dates (see dates below).
You can do this course as a 1-2-1 course, or bring friends along, and together we will decide which dates & pace
(weekend, 2 days a week...) are suitable for both of us!
WHERE?
In the village of Ariany, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain - The Yoga Shala is located in my private space.
It can also be held at the place of your choice if you are taking this training privately &/or with friends.

ACCOMMODATION:
Rooms for rent in the village are available. There are also two hotels in Ariany. Let me know if you would like to add the accommodation during the training.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For this short course, there will be no refund but if you cannot make it you can request other dates within 12 months, as long as you let me know at least 15 days prior to the start of this training.
In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, you will be refunded 100% of your payment or offered an alternative placement.
