This training was designed by Sandrine in 2015
for yoga teachers and practitioners, and also for people from other disciplines.
This course has been designed so that you can help your yoga students go beyond their body limits, and their fears, leading them to explore and feel their body like never before.
The safety and confidence of your students are important when guiding them on a physical (and mental) journey, and for that, you need to acquire the necessary tools to do it like the professional you are.
Training content:

Introduction to the training and the need to learn how to adjust and assist,

What's the difference between adjusting and assisting?

How to make a good adjustment

What posture for the teacher?

Amount of pressure

A quick review of the anatomy (bones & muscles)

Working with and against gravity,

Help to correct unsafe alignment,

Deepening into a posture,

Coming in and out of the posture with confidence and mindfulness,

Know your body's limits and restrictions.

Thai Massage concept and techniques
We will be adjusting and assisting a few postures from different categories (standing, seated, twists, backbends...)
Yoga teachers and non-yoga teachers are welcome!

In Collaboration with the Yoga studio Portals de Yoga in Mallorca.
May, Saturday 4th, and Sunday 5th - 10 am to 6 pm (both days)

During the morning & afternoon break you will be provided with tea, coffee, and healthy snacks, you can also bring your own snack.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For this short course, there will be no refund but if you cannot make it you can request other dates within 12 months, as long as you let me know at least 15 days prior to the start of this training.
In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, you will be refunded 100% of your payment or offer an alternative placement.
