In this course, I bring all my experience as a yoga teacher and practitioner, with all the yogic tools (philosophy, asanas, pranayama, chakras system, bandhas, alignment) I use in my practice and in my lifestyle. Everything I teach and share in this training resonates with my yoga practice and my philosophy of life.

Each day there will be a 90-minute morning flow practice and a soft flow end-of-day practice.

The handbook will be sent to you as a beautiful PDF with worksheets, class planning, a daily planner, a gratitude journal, positive affirmation, and class sequences. You can print the PDF handbook or read it through your laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

There will be no exam and no evaluation for this course.
I am offering this training on request and also on specific dates (see dates below).
You can do this course as a 1-2-1 course, or bring friends along, and together we will decide which dates and pace (weekend, 2 days a week...) are suitable for both of us!
WHERE?
In the village of Ariany, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain - The Yoga Shala is located in my private space.
It can also be held at the place of your choice if you are taking this training privately and/or with friends.

ACCOMMODATION:
Rooms for rent in the village are available. There are also two hotels in Ariany. Let me know if you would like to add the accommodation during the training.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For this short course there will be no refund but if you cannot make it you can request other dates within 12 months, as long as you let me know at least 15 days prior to the start of this training.
In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, you will be refunded 100% of your payment or offer an alternative placement.
